Important Training Reminder to all:

Please check your CBT lessons monthly,  new lessons can drop in at any time and you should have a 45 day window to complete them.  The time the lessons must be completed by is 2200, the computer does not recognize the time changes, so here in SFO the time is 2200.  

You may complete the lessons during your shift, from your home computer - laptop - phone, or in some cases before or after your shift.  The rule to remember is - if a lesson is showing a time of completion to be 30 minutes or longer you can get paid the before or after for that (must be completed on a Company compter on Company property).  There are cases where other lessons will be paid also to complete, this includes OTJ training or some regulartory lessons.  Always get pre-approved for TRO time by a CSM before you stay after or come in early in order to get paid.

Failure to complete lessons on time can result in CS suspension, CR1 entry, or Advisory Letter - the best advice is to complete your lessons early whenever possible to avoid any disipline.
